Sunnyfields, in Sheerness, is a detached chalet style property with ample parking and a very large garden with views over farmland giving a feeling of peace and tranquillity.

 

The home has been designed and modified to suit the needs of our customer base and is level access to the ground floor.

 

Sunnyfields has four large bedrooms and plenty of communal space. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

The house is located on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent with easy access to local amenities such as Morrisons, Starbucks and various other shopping and leisure facilities. 

​

Sheerness can be easily access by public transport and for families it is easily accessible from the M2. 

​

This is a home for people with a high level of learning disabilities, behaviours that challenge and associated complex medical needs.

 

The service users are mostly verbal and mobile, however, require a large amounts of support with their mental health needs. People are encouraged to participate in daily independent living skills and leisure activities.  

​

Sunnyfields has a very homely and personal feel that supports four people only. It has a quality domestic style kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and associated areas.
